Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, motivational difficulties, and career dissatisfaction are but some of the issues that keep individuals from achieving the success they seek. The name of my practice, Success Psychological Services, reflects how meaningful it is for me to help people overcome blocks to success and create the personal and professional lives they wish for themselves. I would describe my therapy style as caring, supportive, collaborative, non-judgmental and practical, including offering recommendations for specific steps to move life forward. Recommendations may include making referrals to other professionals to address success-related issues such as physical wellness.

Fees and Appointment Policies
Initial Interview: $225.00
Therapy Session: $180.00
(one hour)
Telephone Check-In: First 15 minutes no charge, additional time prorated at $35.00 per quarter hour
If you have insurance coverage I am happy to bill your insurance company. However, you are ultimately responsible for payment of services delivered.
I charge the full fee for sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, and in the case of no-shows. Insurance will not cover these charges so you would be responsible for paying the fee. I do make exceptions for illness or family emergencies but ask that you call prior to your appointment time to discuss why you are unable to make your appointment. Thank you.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to individuals who would like a chance to talk with me before committing to an initial appointment. During this consultation I am happy to answer any questions you may have about my areas of expertise, therapy style or other helpful information to help you determine if my therapy approach fits with what you are seeking in a therapist. I will also give you feedback on whether the concerns you want to work on fit within my areas of expertise, and make referrals to other providers if warranted. .
If following our initial contact you would like to come in for an appointment I will send you an initial client information form and some additional information on my practice policy and procedures. You can complete these forms online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal. If you would prefer to fill out paper forms instead let me know and I can send those to you. Filling these forms out in advance will help me get to know you better and allow us to spend the full initial appointment time discussing your concerns.
In our first appointment we will focus on what concerns you want to address in counseling and I will ask questions to clarify these issues. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions of me about my training and therapeutic approach. Towards the end of our initial appointment I will give you clear feedback on how I am seeing your situation and offer recommendations on next steps you can take to address your concerns. We will also review some details regarding how I run my practice. My hope is that at the end of the session you will have a clear idea of your options for moving forward and are feeling free to make any decision you feel is the best for you.
